Welcome to MyMunshi, a platform operated by MyMunshi Technologies (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyMunshi website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using MyMunshi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    Eligibility

      You must:

      • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
      • Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.
      • Use the Service for lawful purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws of Pakistan.

      MyMunshi is designed primarily for lawyers, law firms, and legal professionals, not for consumers or minors.

      Description of the Services

      • MyMunshi provides digital tools for:
      • Legal document drafting and automation.
      • Case management and research support.
      • Secure document storage and search (including Google Drive integration).
      • AI-assisted summaries, reminders, and collaboration features.

      We may update or modify the Service at any time to improve performance, security, or compliance.

      User Accounts and Authentication

      To use the Service, you may:

      • Sign up using your Google account (OAuth) or another approved method.
      • Provide accurate and complete information.

      You are responsible for:

      • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
      • Any actions under your account.

      Acceptable Use

      You agree not to:

      1. Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

      Integration with Google Services

      When you connect your Google account:

      • You grant MyMunshi access only to specific data scopes you approve (e.g., Drive, Calendar, Gmail).
      • We use this data solely to deliver features like document import, event scheduling, or legal correspondence management.
      • Our use complies fully with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use rules.

      You can revoke access at any time via: https://www.contractwalla.com for permissions.

      Intellectual Property

      All rights, titles, and interests in MyMunshi, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content, belong to MyMunshi Technologies (Private) Limited or its licensors.

      Users retain ownership of their uploaded or created content (“User Content”), but grant MyMunshi a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process it solely for providing the Service.

      You must not:

      • Copy, modify, or distribute our software without written permission.
      • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization.

      Data Privacy and Protection

        Your use of MyMunshi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and protect your information.

        By using the Service, you consent to such collection and processing, consistent with:

        • Pakistan’s Personal Data Protection Bill (2023) (draft compliance principles).
        • Google API Services User Data Policy (for OAuth-related data).

        We use secure hosting, encryption, and least-privilege access to protect your data.

        Payment and Subscription

          Some MyMunshi features may require a paid subscription.

          • All pricing and billing details are shown transparently at checkout.
          • Payments are processed via authorized third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or local payment gateways).
          • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
          • We may suspend access for non-payment or charge disputes.

          Termination

          You may close your account at any time by emailing support@mymunshi.com.

          We may suspend or terminate your account if:

          • You breach these Terms or applicable law;
          • Your activity risks harm to the Service or other users; or
          • Required by legal or regulatory authorities.

          Upon termination:

          • Your access will end immediately.
          • We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics or compliance.

          Disclaimers

            • MyMunshi provides legal automation tools, not legal advice.
            • Outputs generated by AI or automation should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use.
            • We do not guarantee that documents generated are legally sufficient for your specific case.
            • Use of MyMunshi does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and MyMunshi or its team.

              The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
              We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

              Limitation of Liability

              To the maximum extent permitted by law:

              • MyMunshi, its affiliates, employees, and directors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
              • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

              Some jurisdictions may not allow such limitations, so these may not apply to you.

              Indemnification

              You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyMunshi Technologies (Private) Limited, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your:

              • Use or misuse of the Service;
              • Violation of these Terms or applicable laws; or
              • Infringement of third-party rights.

              Governing Law and Jurisdiction

              These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

              Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

              Changes to These Terms

              We may modify these Terms from time to time.
              When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date and post the new version at https://www.mymunshi.com/terms.

              Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
